Payment Arrangements And Options

We believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the best care. Realizing different needs in fulfilling financial obligations, we provide multiple payment options to assist you with your oral healthcare investment. We aim to make the care you need and deserve accessible within your budget.
Once a treatment option is selected, payment arrangements are discussed with our financial coordinator. We are a non-participating, fee-for-service practice. Payment is expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you have insurance, pre-determinations are filed promptly, and as a service to the patient, we will process your claim.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
50/50
Fifty percent of your total treatment cost is due at or before the beginning of your treatment. Your remaining balance is due at the completion of your treatment.
In-House Financing
Our monthly in-house financing payment arrangements allow you to budget for your purchase conveniently, with the final payment due upon the delivery of the product. Since there is no monthly interest, our in-house financing is cost-effective for many patients. "The Fine Print"
Payments are considered past due 30 days from the payment due date and are subject to a late fee and, if necessary, collection fees. Returned checks, for any reason, are subject to a $50 returned check fee. Charges may also be made for broken appointments canceled without the required 48-hour notice.
